11 Elul | Week 2 : Entering the Field of Divinity
The ancient teachings of the Rabbis talk about how Divinity is most accessible to us during this time of year. During this Hebrew month of Elul, it’s our job to walk into the field, seek out the Divine, and connect with beauty, love, friends, community, and even those that challenge us the most.
Weekly Teshuvah Exercise:
Go outside into nature, into “the field” and bring a journal. Tuning in with the beauty of nature around you, ask yourself the questions:
- How do you most easily connect to Divinity?
- Where in the field of your consciousness do you feel called to tend?
- What relationships need tending?
